Integrated Systems
We provide complete integration of your MES and control systems. This reduces your risk because we confirm that data flow is accurate and effective from system to system. If your facility has technical personnel who own the control systems, we will work with them to provide guidance on the changes required for complete MES integration.
Custom Dashboards
We build custom dashboards with key metrics, charting, and notifications. We work with you to define your key process values and targets to build compelling graphics that will enable your team to make better-informed decisions. This data can be made available on mobile devices, at home, across the globe, or be restricted to the plant site.
Network Configuration
An effective MES solution requires a solid IT network. We work with your IT team to ensure your network is built and configured to handle the data traffic between your MES and the process control systems on the shop floor.
Automation Maximization
If you already have automation on your production lines, adding an MES solution is the logical next step to getting the most out of your equipment. With an MES, you won’t need to manually push orders to the shop floor — making clipboards and manual entry errors a thing of the past.
Organized Ordering
Sending orders to the shop floor can be complex. You make several different products with unique recipes, but some orders are not as important as others; so simply queuing up a list of orders on a first-come, first-served basis just won’t work. We understand, and we are equipped to handle your most complex and challenging needs.
Storage & Archiving
For facilities without data archival and visualization tools, we develop a new historical archiving system that pulls data from your existing controls. For those that already have data archival tools (but haven’t yet turned that data into actionable information), we can build graphical tools so your team can stay informed. Data can be stored in logical equipment-based groupings, time series, and event-based ways to enable you to make educated decisions based on accurate data. Our custom hardware and software archiving solutions store the data the way you need it, as often as you need, for as long as you need.
Training
With all our solutions, we offer post-installation and -startup support and training for your team. Training plans can be performed onsite or virtually, are tailored to your needs, and include helpful manuals and support documentation. We also offer support options to meet your needs at local and enterprise levels.
